Jul 31, 2019 · My 2013 CRV won't start at times, but the battery,alternator and starter are supposedly good. I've had the car for about 6 months. The problem started 3 weeks ago. When jumper cables are used, the car starts right up. When turning the key, the panel lights up. The radio, heat, reading lights come on. Has anyone had this issue?
